Frequently Asked Questions

You can request changes within 2 business hours after placing your order. Our customer care team operates from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT (Monday–Friday). If your order is placed outside these hours, you have until 10:00 AM on the next business day to edit it. We will try our best to accommodate the request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
You can remove items from an existing order, but adding new products or changing styles is not possible. To add products, please place a new order. If your previous order is still processing and the new order is placed within the same day to the exact same address, both orders may be combined and extra shipping fees will be refunded.
Order cancellations may be requested, but please note:
  • A 30% restocking fee may apply depending on order status.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit.
  • If more than 3 orders are canceled within one year, future transactions may be refused.
  • Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the current processing stage.
Address changes are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to update it depending on the order status. Once the order has already been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be modified.
If the payment has already been processed, the billing address cannot be modified. To update it, you will need to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct billing details.
Processing Time: Usually 3–5 business days, but it may take longer during busy periods.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes around 3–6 days.

Packages are shipped every weekday. Drop shipping charges depend on the order amount. For exact shipping costs, please use the Shipping Cost Calculator on our website.
Currently, we only ship to locations within the United States.
