Refund policy

❖ Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery with a 30% restocking fee. Returns must be communicated with us first.

Eligibility:

• Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed
• Items must be in original packaging
• Include your Order Number inside the package

Non-returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Holiday items within 4 weeks of related holiday

Damaged / Defective Items: Email Amy.langston@blakeandrosecc.org with photos, order number, SKU. Reship if in stock, store credit if out of stock.

Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method. Special condition: refunds with return label processed after tracking confirms transit.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible. Shipping costs and protection are non-refundable.
